| Under the supervision of the Housing Program Manager, The Coordinator of Facilities Operations provides administrative and operational support to the Housing & Residential Education department. This includes general office duties, such as answering phones and emails, as well as specific project support for Residential Operations, such as move-in/move-out coordination, coordination and communication of housing transitions, and inventory management. The Coordinator of Operations monitors facility needs, coordinates with vendors, furniture inventory and manages invoices. They are expected to participate in departmental events and programs, which may occasionally occur on weekends and evenings. |

| Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Residential Experiences, the Program Coordinator for Residential Education plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Residential Education activities by providing programmatic, event, and administrative support.
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the essential responsibilities for Residential Education including, student education & engagement, recruitment, and hiring. This position assists in the implementation of HRE’s Residential Education Model (REM) by helping plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale programming. Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing room reservations, coordinating resource allocations, placing catering orders, coordinating interview schedules, formal employment processes for student staff, and responding to phone, email, and in-person inquiries. |

The Manager assists in developing and implementing existing and future HRE housing management systems and accompanying policies and procedures. |
