Under the supervision of the Manager of Occupancy, the Coordinator of Housing Occupancy is responsible for managing various housing processes, including assisting with occupancy management, facilitating room changes, creating & updating room assignments, meal plan administration, maintaining accuracy of student data, and using information to communicate policy and procedures. This position performs various important administrative and operational functions in support of the residential operations area, including, but not limited to, early arrival coordination support, space management, and assisting with office administration, including, but not limited to responding to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries.
This is a 12-month, hourly position.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Occupancy, the Manager of Occupancy performs various housing operations, such as application management, occupancy management, assignment and change processes, billing, meal plan administration, accommodations process, and contract release. The Manager assists in developing and implementing existing and future HRE housing management systems and accompanying policies and procedures. |

Under the supervision of the Housing Program Manager, The Coordinator of Facilities Operations provides administrative and operational support to the Housing & Residential Education department. This includes general office duties, such as answering phones and emails, as well as specific project support for Residential Operations, such as move-in/move-out coordination, coordination and communication of housing transitions, and inventory management. The Coordinator of Operations monitors facility needs, coordinates with vendors, furniture inventory and manages invoices. They are expected to participate in departmental events and programs, which may occasionally occur on weekends and evenings. |
