The Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the essential responsibilities for Residential Education including, student education & engagement, recruitment, and hiring. This position assists in the implementation of HRE’s Residential Education Model (REM) by helping plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale programming. Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing room reservations, coordinating resource allocations, placing catering orders, coordinating interview schedules, formal employment processes for student staff, and responding to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

This position collaterally serves as a Student Support Advisor with Student Outreach and Support and Case Administrator with Student Rights and Responsibilities. This position involves collaborating with campus partners, addressing incidents in a timely and effective manner, and promoting a safe and supportive campus environment. |
