The Department of BIA offers an MS in Business Analytics, an undergraduate major in business analytics, and minors in statistics and business analytics. Class sizes for the Department of Business Analytics typically range from 15 to 33. The Civil Rights Clinic is an intensive, year-long litigation program in which students represe nt clients in civil rights cases in federal court under the supervision of clinical faculty. Currently, the Clinic focuses on the constitutionality of conditions in federal and state prisons, including indefinite solitary confinement, inadequate medical and mental health care, disability discrimination, and the free exercise of religion. In addition to undertaking actual client work, students participate in a seminar designed to develop their litigation skills, gain a deeper understanding of federal civil rights law, and understand the broader political and social contexts of civil rights litigation.
