The Writing Program is accepting expressions of interest for faculty overload to teach courses in the 2021-2022 School Year (Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters). Adjunct positions are non-benefitted positions. Adjuncts will be teaching WRIT 1122 and 1133. Based on hiring practices of the past five years, we we anticipate hiring between two to four adjunct faculty to teach throughout the academic year.

$4,200 per course

The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, available market information, and course enrollment, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
