Position Summary
The OLLI at DU Technology Coordinator reports directly to the OLLI at DU Executive Director and assists with Zoom and Audio Visual needs.
This is a non-benefited position not to exceed 500 hours in a calendar year.
Essential Functions
- Present one member workshop each term on “How to Zoom.”
- Present online facilitator workshops each term, focusing on basic, advanced, and specialized use of Zoom and How to Be a Self-Sufficient Facilitator.
- Work with the OLLI at DU Program Coordinator to develop and conduct an informational workshop for members on registering with Campus CE.
- Assist OLLI at DU Support Specialist providing support to members in registration during the first two weeks each term.
- Working with the OLLI at DU Curriculum Manager and Program Coordinator, set up the Zoom meetings for all online courses being led by self-sufficient facilitators.
- Provide daily support to facilitators as needed for Zoom & computer troubleshooting.
- Monitor self-sufficient facilitators, as needed.
- Host Zoom facilitators, as needed.
- Attend monthly Operations meetings with Support Specialist, Program Coordinator, and Communications Assistant.
- Attend all-staff meetings.
- Assist with new website design, implementation, and maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Home office with computer and sufficient network capabilities for remote tech support
- Personable; ability to interact well with a variety of people; able to anticipate needs
- Good communications skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Significant Zoom experience
- Significant AV experience with a variety of computer and projection equipment
- Experience with Office 365
Work Schedule
This part-time position of up to 500 hours per year has a flexible schedule as the duties dictate.
There is not a designated office.

Hourly Range:
The hourly range for the position is $21.00/hour.
