The individual in this position will be a valued member of our collaborative clinical supervision group and may provide both individual and group supervision in intervention and assessment. Strong familiarity with evidence-based child and family therapeutic approaches is essential, and supervisory experience is preferred. Clinical supervisors are expected to meet weekly with trainees for didactics and case-specific supervision (individual and/or group supervision), watch videos of client sessions, oversee clinical administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with ethical and legal statutes.

All youth-focused, licensed or license-eligible clinical psychologists are encouraged to apply; specialization in evidence-based therapy approaches for externalizing behavior problems (e.g., Parent-Child Interaction Therapy/PCIT, Parent Management Training/PMT, and other behavioral parenting approaches) and/or expertise in comprehensive psychodiagnostic assessment approaches (e.g., integration of structured clinical interview, questionnaire, and cognitive & academic testing data) is highly desirable.  Applicants who contribute to the university’s mission to serve the public good and those who have experience working with traditionally underserved populations are especially encouraged to apply.

The position start date is Sept. 1, 2024 and end date is June 30, 2027, with 10-month appointments September through June each year for 3 years. Opportunities to teach or supervise during the 2-months off-contract will likely also be available.
