Reporting to the executive director, the artistic operations manager will provide support for all aspects of the Newman Center Presents (NCP) performance series and related engagements. Essential duties include contract administration for guest artists, artist payments/reimbursements, travel logistics including hotel arrangements, local ground transportation, dressing room hospitality, and other similar needs. In addition, the artistic operations manager will provide booking support for the NCP series by preparing artist offers and negotiating contract deal terms.
