      Under the supervision of the Housing Program Manager, the Residential Services Coordinator(s) (RSCs) will have primary oversight of all Front Desk Operations. This includes co-supervision of 70-90 Desk Attendants (DAs), Key Management, Mail Operations, and Resident & Staff Support. During Winter and Summer breaks, RSCs will serve as primary desk staff during the consolidated operations and assist the occupancy and operations team with project delivery. In addition to Front Desk Operations, this position performs a variety of important administrative and operational functions in support of the residential operations area including, but not limited to, Move-in/Move-Out planning, Summer Project Support, and Central Office administration, including but not limited to, responding to telephone, email and in-person inquiries.       Reporting to the Director of Residential Education, the Incident Response Coordinator is a live-on position responsible for overseeing the on-call response to campus incidents, providing supervision and guidance to staff during on-call shifts, daily monitoring of incident reports and following up on incidents, reviewing and updating response protocols, and ensuring staff and student well-being. This position collaterally serves as a Student Support Advisor with Student Outreach and Support and Case Administrator with Student Rights and Responsibilities. This position involves collaborating with campus partners, addressing incidents in a timely and effective manner, and promoting a safe and supportive campus environment.
