With the potential to go beyond, should funding be identified. The Program Coordinator will supervise work-study staff, supporting maximum office coverage during business hours. The Program Coordinator will lead work-study staff supporting our GI Bill® users and coordinate events throughout the year. Under the supervision of the Housing Program Manager, The Coordinator of Facilities Operations provides administrative and operational support to the Housing & Residential Education department. This includes general office duties, such as answering phones and emails, as well as specific project support for Residential Operations, such as move-in/move-out coordination, coordination and communication of housing transitions, and inventory management. The Coordinator of Operations monitors facility needs, coordinates with vendors, furniture inventory and manages invoices. They are expected to participate in departmental events and programs, which may occasionally occur on weekends and evenings.
