Each Property Manager holds a 20 hour per week, academic year appointment (August 21, 2023, to June 30, 2024) with Housing & Residential Education and reports directly to the Associate Director of Facilities & Dining, or otherwise designated supervisor, while supporting the House Corporation for the chapter with whom the Property Manager resides. The Property Manager shares the responsibility for the operation of a co-curricular facility in which they strive to promote inclusive communities. The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the chapter facility, in conjunction with the House Corporation, to ensure that the Chapter House meets University standards regarding health and safety expectations.
