Resident Director in Denver, CO
Reporting directly to an Assistant Director, Community Director, or Associate Director for Residential Experiences, the Resident Director (RD) assumes leadership of their assigned areas, directly or indirectly supervising, training, and evaluating a team comprising 1-2 Graduate Resident Directors and 10-24 student staff. The RD is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of their residential community, implementation of HRE's Residential Education Model (REM), and nurturing a vibrant social environment that cultivates a sense of belonging, well-being, and safety among residents for their assigned residential community. This position is a fractional (0.93FTE), 11-month, live-in role. Housing accommodations are provided, including weeks where this position may not perform job responsibilities.
