The Assistant or Associate Director of Admission manages all recruiting aspects of an assigned territory both locally and nationally and is responsible for building strong relationships with students, parents, school counselors and community-based organizations. Assistant or Associate Directors review applications and determine whether an applicant is academically prepared to succeed at DU. They share responsibility to attract excellent students by being sensitive to, and understanding, the diverse academic, socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds of students. As a valued member of the Diversity and Access Team, the Assistant or Associate Director of Admission will lead the relationship management of partnerships, both locally and nationally. Additionally, the position will lead and execute our Pioneer Prep Leadership Institute, our on-campus college access event for the public good.

The Department of Theatre within the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences seeks qualified individuals to join our adjunct pool for non-benefited, part-time teaching assignments in Theatre at the University of Denver in the 2024-25 academic year. Adjunct Theatre faculty members teach 4-credit undergraduate courses. The opportunity exists to teach both introductory courses as well as higher-level offerings. The specific courses involved may vary from quarter to quarter and openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on departmental needs. At this time, we are searching for Fall 2024, Winter 2025 and Spring 2025 instructors only, however the opportunity may develop to teach courses in the future.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with both men's and women's teams, contributing to their overall health, safety, and performance. The Athletic Trainer will primarily work during weekday evening club rugby practices and will accompany the teams to home matches and travel events on the weekends. This position is an average of 10-15 hrs/week.
