Reporting to the Director of Residential Education, the Incident Response Coordinator is a live-on position responsible for overseeing the on-call response to campus incidents, providing supervision and guidance to staff during on-call shifts, daily monitoring of incident reports and following up on incidents, reviewing and updating response protocols, and ensuring staff and student well-being. This position collaterally serves as a Student Support Advisor with Student Outreach and Support and Case Administrator with Student Rights and Responsibilities. The Incident Response Coordinator directly supervises 20-25 Community Assistants (student staff positions). This position involves collaborating with campus partners, addressing incidents in a timely and effective manner, and promoting a safe and supportive campus environment. |
