The RD is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of their residential community, implementation of HRE's Residential Education Model (REM), and nurturing a vibrant social environment that cultivates a sense of belonging, well-being, and safety among residents for their assigned residential community.
This position is a fractional (0.93FTE), 11-month, live-in role. Housing accommodations are provided, including weeks where this position may not perform job responsibilities.
