This is more than a logistics role. Reporting to the Director of Program Success, you’ll oversee and manage the participant learning journey of our leadership development and business acumen programs—from planning and execution to evaluation and relationship-building. You’ll be the glue between DU Executive Education and our faculty, our clients, and our participants—ensuring that our programs are not only flawlessly delivered, but deeply impactful.

Essential Functions
Program Management
- Own the planning and logistics for a portfolio of Exec Ed programs—manage timelines, vendors, venues, supplies, and support staff.
- Use Wrike (project management tool) to ensure all deadlines and tasks are on track.
- Manage the participant experience from registration to post-program follow-up.
- Set the tone at each program—coordinate music, icebreakers, activities, room layout, and more.
- Support on-site program delivery, including occasional overnight or evening programs.
Learning Journey Stewardship
- Serve as the primary point of contact for adjunct faculty—guide them through onboarding, expectations, and alignment to Exec Ed standards.
- Partner with faculty to enhance experiential learning components and align activities to outcomes.
- Evaluate program impact and participant feedback, then share insights to continuously improve the learning journey.
Business & Client Growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and participants to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team on identifying opportunities for upselling and program expansion.
- Represent Exec Ed as a knowledgeable, professional, and values-driven partner.
Team & Process Innovation
- Help improve and document processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Lead and mentor student workers and program assistants.
- Contribute to cross-functional efforts that strengthen team culture and operational success.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills
- Comfort with tech tools like MS Office, project management systems (Wrike preferred), and learning management systems (NovoEd a plus)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minor or specialization in Business or Organizational Behavior
- 2 years of experience in program, event, or project management
- Experience in education, learning & development, or workforce programming
- Budget management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in program, event, or project management
- Experience working with faculty, facilitators, or consultants in an education or nonprofit setting
- Exposure to business development or customer relationship management (Salesforce a plus)
- Basic design or marketing experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)
Working Environment
- Work environment is a standard office environment where noise level is quiet to moderate and requires ability to work in front of a computer for an extended period.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with flexibility to manage our 3-day/2-night mountain retreat programs several times a year. This position allows for 1-2 remote days per week dependent on on-campus program delivery. The hiring manager will share more about DU hybrid work policy and discuss work schedule flexibility.

Salary Grade Number:
The salary grade for the position is 8.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $56,500-$62,000.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting.
