This is your opportunity to build something meaningful.

At DU Executive Education, we’re looking for a bold, strategic, and mission-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of sales and relationship-building. Whether you come from a traditional sales background or naturally excel at inspiring and influencing others, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping organizations solve their business challenges by partnering with us on talent development and upskilling initiatives. As our next Director of Executive Education Partnerships, you won’t just sell a product—you’ll sell impact. You’ll drive access to transformational learning experiences that help professionals grow, organizations thrive, and communities flourish.

This is a player-coach role for someone ready to lead from the front. You’ll be the primary steward of strategic relationships—identifying opportunities, co-creating value with partners, and driving sustainable growth for DU Executive Education. At the same time, you’ll manage and inspire a small but mighty sales and marketing team. Collaborating with, and reporting to, the Executive Director, you’ll have the autonomy and authority to act fast, make decisions, and drive real results. You’ll be joining an entrepreneurial, mission-aligned team that takes pride in being collaborative, high-performing, and genuinely fun to work with.

If you're looking for a leadership role with purpose, balance, and the opportunity to shape the future of professional development and corporate training in Colorado and beyond, this might be your next big move.

Why Join DU Executive Education?

  • Mission that matters: Help individuals and organizations thrive through transformative leadership development and business education.
  • High autonomy, low bureaucracy: We operate like a start-up within the university—scrappy, fast-moving, and collaborative.

  • Unmatched benefits: Tuition waiver (for you and your family!), generous PTO, free RTD Eco Pass, fitness center discounts, comprehensive health coverage, and more.
  • Creative control: Be a strategic thought-partner in identifying target markets, refining sales approaches, and shaping our growth.
