Position Summary

The Equipment Office is hiring an assistant equipment manager as an hourly, non-benefitted position. This position will assist Equipment Room Staff members with a variety of administrative and business functions. The position will be a 20-30 hours per week. 

This is a non-benefited position not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.

Essential Functions

  • Inventory for Athletic Team Apparel via Victory GM software system
  • Taxation monitoring
  • Receiving inventory checking in and out of inventory system. Approving and Matching orders to invoices.
  • Work the equipment room window to assist Coaches and Student-Athletes with requests and checking out items to student athletes. 
  • Some laundry detail as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Working Environment

  • Standard office environment.
  • Noise level is quiet to moderate.

Physical Activities

  • Ability to sit in front of a computer for an extended period.
  • Occasionally required to move about the office/campus with the capability of transporting objects up to 50 lbs. with assistance.

Work Schedule

Part-Time, possibly some weekend and evening hours. Work schedule will vary with the Varsity Seasons and the start of school.

Hourly Range

The hourly range for this position is $19.29-$25.00
