Position Summary
This position will be responsible for daily management, promotion and operation of Ritchie Center Events, with an emphasis on NCAA athletic events. Responsibilities include monitoring, directing, delegating, controlling and managing ritchie center event coordination (to include all technical aspects of event set-up within the facility or on the playing fields) to provide a quality customer experience and to maximize fiscal opportunities. The position is also responsible for: security, crowd control, technical coordination, visiting teams, officials functions, resolving customer service issues and concerns, handling incidents and accidents in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with ritchie center and NCAA operational protocols and facility sets and operating within approved university budget parameters.
This position delivers an exceptional customer experience to all visitors of the Ritchie Center through managing the front line interactions that customers will have. These include parking, facility entry and access, transaction experience, facility quality, communication, safety, and servicing each customers needs.
Position will be required to work a varied schedule that will include evenings, nights, and weekends.

- Bachelors Degree

The salary grade for the position is 10.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000
